Circle J Dairy is a family owned and operated small-scale (farm fresh, not organic) dairy located in Gordo, AL. Jessica Junkin Vails, along with her parents Ralph and Robin Junkin, are the co-owners and operators. We milk a total of 15-20 Holstein and Jersey cows. We pasteurize, bottle and sell whole milk from our farm store (connected to the dairy barn), and also sell to local grocery stores, such as Piggly Wiggly, Ashmore’s, and Mark’s Mart, as well as farmers markets. We hope to sell our product in other counties as well, not just Pickens. In the future, we will incorporate other products: ice cream, buttermilk, butter, and chocolate milk.
