We are the South’s leading boutique gourmet organic mushroom farm, growing more than 47 varieties of mushrooms. We also are certified in the state to hunt and sell wild mushrooms.

Our products include 22 varieties of oyster mushrooms, lions mane, chestnut mushrooms, poplar mushrooms, beech mushrooms, chanterelle mushrooms, and maitake (hen of the woods). We also sell mushroom coffee, watercress, wild nuts, seasonal berries, tinctures, and infused salts. We’ve got stickers, hats, and t-shirts too.
